Process of Consignment Request

Please complete the online auction request form below for each item you want to sell.

Upon review of your request with our auction curator, Bidum will assign a lot number. You will receive an email with a Consignment Package containing auction contracts and other important information.

Upon receipt, thoroughly review your shipment package documents. Sign, initial and return the completed form via e-mail.

Photos should be sent by email to photos@bidum.eu once your lot number has been assigned. Include the auction and lot number on the subject line of the email. Important: For more details, please refer to the Photography Guidelines document in your shipment package.

After receiving the completed Auction Listing Contract, Auction Selling Contract, and photos in the correct format, we will add your item to the auction and inform the bidder.
