Inventory Sourcing and Upload Once your organisation has selected and sourced sales work, we will upload inventory to our platform. Our staff will then review your inventory and create a customised auction page, equipped to showcase fine art, experiences, collectibles, and more.

Reach New BiddersThroughout the sale, the bidum team will work with you to develop customised content for a targeted marketing campaign. From social media to email newsletters, these efforts will ensure that your auction receives the attention it deserves.

Host and EventIf you choose to host an event alongside your online auction, Bidum's highly trained staff can provide on-site logistical support. In addition, the technology of bidum guarantees a seamless live bidding and an effortless checkout process.

Receive your paymentAs soon as your auction closes, Bidum sends notifications of winning bids to buyers. Winners can pay online through our secure payment portal or at an event with the help of our staff. Bidum can handle all post-sale coordination and processing activities. Once all payments have been completed, we will remit the net proceeds to your organisation.

ShippingWe're coordinating shipping Bidum is responsible for the organisation and delivery of goods to buyers. We will provide you with a shipping guide and will gladly answer any questions you may have along the way.
